Booking a treatment
Choose service, variant and salon here on the site and complete the order, and we will contact you to agree a day and time. To book directly, call us on 076 415 90 00. All treatments are carried out in both Stockholm and Uppsala.

Start with a consultation
If you have never been to us, or are unsure about method, length or color, we recommend a free consultation first. That way the right hair is in stock for your appointment. The consultation is done online or in the salon.

Is the hair included in the price?
It depends on the service. The Makeover and Luxury packages include hair, while pure application and re-application services cover the work. If the product text doesn't say hair is included, it isn't.

Prepare your hair
Come with freshly washed, dry and detangled hair washed with shampoo only. Conditioner, oils and styling products weaken the bond for tape, keratin and braids.

Time and return visits
A cut takes about an hour, tape and keratin two to four hours, and weave, butterfly weft and braids often half a day or more. Tape is moved up every 8–10 weeks, microträns and butterfly weft every two to three months, weave is redone after two to three months and keratin bonds are redone after 3–4 months.

Prescription, payment and cancellation
We are an approved supplier in all 21 Swedish regions. The prescription covers wigs plus fitting and cutting in, not extensions, color or maintenance. You pay in the salon by invoice, instalments, card, Swish or cash. Cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment, by phone or through the cancellation link.
