You purchase the service in the online shop and receive the address in your order confirmation. Pack the wig carefully, preferably in a box with protective material, and send it with tracked shipping. We handle your wig with care and post it back to you when the service is complete. If you live in Stockholm or Uppsala, you are also welcome to visit our salons.
Processing time varies depending on the service and workload, but as a guideline we expect 3 to 10 business days from when we receive the wig. You will always get a confirmation when we have received it and when we have sent it back. If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to contact us at info@fairwithhair.se before you order.
Yes, you can combine services, for example washing and styling together with cutting, or repair combined with colouring. Contact us by email at info@fairwithhair.se before you order and we will help you plan it in the best way and give you a combined price quote.

Yes. We carry out wig services regardless of where the wig was bought. All we need is for the wig to be in a condition we can work with. If you are unsure whether your wig is suitable for a particular service, you are welcome to email a photo to info@fairwithhair.se and we will assess it before you order.

Those services cut the hair and lace but don't change the fit. Custom Fit includes both cuts plus size adjustment and a band, and costs less than buying them separately.
Both. We take in the cap if the wig is too big and let it out if it's too tight. How much it can be let out depends on the construction.
No. If a new or extra elastic band is needed to keep the wig secure, it's included in the price.
Measure the circumference around your head along the hairline, above the ears and over the occipital bone. Also measure from the front hairline to the nape and from ear to ear over the top of the head.
Yes. Send it with your measurements and photos of yourself from the front and in profile. We still recommend a visit if you can, as a hairstyle turns out best when we cut it with you in the chair.
In the salon, everything is done in one visit. If you send the wig in, allow about a week from when we receive it.
Yes. Let us know when you order and we'll set aside the right amount of time.
A cap that has been taken in can be let out again if your measurements change. Cutting the lace and hairstyle can't be undone, however, so we check everything carefully before we start.
Yes, add the service to your basket together with the wig. If you choose the salon, we'll book you in once the wig has arrived so we can cut it on your head.
