Orders and delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Malta, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the USA and Canada.
What does shipping cost?
Within Sweden, shipping costs 49 SEK on orders under 700 SEK. Spend 700 SEK or more and shipping is free, and from 1,200 SEK we send your order by registered post at no extra cost.
To all other countries shipping costs 400 SEK regardless of order value. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Will customs or import charges be added outside the EU?
For deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA or Canada, customs and import charges may be added when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are paid by you as the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Right of withdrawal and returns
How long do I have to change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order. The same 14 days apply wherever you order from.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by you as the customer.

Include the order note in the parcel. Returns are not accepted at our salons – neither in Stockholm nor in Uppsala. A return left at a salon cannot be registered, which delays your refund. Read the full terms on our returns and exchanges page.
Can I return hair I have tried on?
Hair is a hygiene product. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Look at the colour in both daylight and indoor lighting before you open the packaging.
Products and care
What is the difference between human hair and vegan hair?
Human hair can be coloured, heat styled and worn for a long time with the right care. Vegan hair is made from synthetic fibre, costs considerably less and comes ready styled in its texture. It cannot be coloured.
Can I heat style vegan hair?
Our vegan range is heat-resistant, but it does not take as much heat as human hair. Always use a low setting and check what the individual product page says before styling.
How do I wash vegan hair?
Wash gently in lukewarm water with shampoo and conditioner made for synthetic hair. Do not rub. Let the hair air-dry flat on a towel or hanging on a wig stand, and store it dry and cool when you are not wearing it.
How often do hair extensions need moving up?
It depends on the method and how quickly your own hair grows. Get in touch and we will guide you based on your specific method.
