Learn to Put On Your Wig

The most common reason a wig doesn't feel right isn't the wig. It's that nobody has shown you how to put it on. One hour with us is enough for you to do it yourself, every day, without hesitating in front of the mirror.

What we cover

How to prepare your own hair and skin so the wig stays put and your skin stays happy. How to position the wig correctly – most people put it on too far back, which is what makes the hairline look wrong. How to use bands, combs, tape or glue, and which of them suits your situation.

We also go through how to take the wig off without straining the lace, and how to care for it between wears.

How it works

We meet for one hour at the salon in Uppsala or Stockholm. You bring your own wig and the products you use today. You go through the whole routine yourself at least twice with us beside you, because it's only once you've done it with your own hands that it sticks.

You take home a written summary, and you're always welcome to get in touch afterwards if something isn't working.

Who it's for

It's for you if you're completely new to wigs, if you've worn a wig for a while but never felt quite confident, or if you're a loved one who wants to be able to help.
