    Description

    Application or move-up of your lace closure together with a braided-in weave. You get a finish that covers the top of the head and makes the transition between your own hair and the extensions invisible.

    What's included

    Braiding a stable base, attaching the closure and hair wefts with strong special thread, and cutting so the hair falls naturally. The price follows the chosen closure length and amount of hair wefts.

    Before your visit

    Come with clean, dry hair washed with shampoo only. If you are unsure which length or amount you need, book a free consultation first.

    Durability and care

    The application normally lasts about three months before it is time for a move-up. Wash gently without rubbing and blow-dry the scalp completely on low heat.

    BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
    To achieve the best results, wash your hair thoroughly before your appointment. Avoid oils, leave-in products, and styling products on your scalp and hair.
     
     
    WASHING & CARE
     
    Shampoo:

    • Use a moisturizing shampoo.
    • Focus primarily on the scalp and let the shampoo run through the lengths.
    • Avoid vigorous circular movements or rubbing over the attachments.
    • Wash 1–2 times to ensure that the scalp is completely clean.
       
      Conditioner:
    • Apply conditioner only to the lengths, never near the attachments or on the scalp.
    • Distribute conditioner from the middle of the hair downward, leave it on for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
    • Important: Do not apply conditioner to the knots or sewn attachments - this may cause the hair to slip or come loose.
       
      Extra moisture:
    • Use a deep-conditioning treatment once a week (on the lengths only).
    • A leave-in conditioner can be used on the lengths as needed.
       
       
      DO’S (DO THIS)
    • Always brush the hair gently, starting at the ends and working your way upward.
    • Hold the attachments when brushing to reduce pulling.
    • Sleep with your hair in a loose braid or low ponytail to prevent tangling.
    • Use heat protection when styling.
       
       
      DON’TS (AVOID THIS)
    • Do not pull or tug on the hair - this can damage the hand-tied knots and seams.
    • Avoid applying oil, conditioner, or heavy products near the attachments.
    • Do not scratch your scalp with your nails or other objects.
    • Never sleep with wet hair - always make sure it is completely dry.
       
       
      HOW OFTEN ARE MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS NEEDED?
      Sewn-in hair extensions normally require maintenance every 6–12 weeks, depending on your hair growth, hair type, and how well you care for your hair at home.

    Many people book maintenance after about 6 to 10 weeks, depending on how fast your hair grows and how you care for it at home.

    How do I prepare and how do I care for my hair between visits?

    Bring freshly washed hair that has only been shampooed. Brush gently, sleep in a loose braid or soft bun, wash the scalp thoroughly and make sure the base dries properly after washing.

    Colour selection - how do you match it?

    If you need to purchase the hair when booking, we will help you find a shade that blends with your own base. It is important that the base mesh matches your skin tone so that the illusion of a natural parting is perfect.

    Can it be dyed?

    The human hair on your closure can be toned, but strong chemicals must under no circumstances come into contact with the lace. Our hairstylists can advise you on color treatments to ensure that neither the installation nor the lace is damaged.

    Care & lifespan - how long does it last?

    A professional application usually lasts about three months, depending on how fast your own hair grows under the braids. After that you need to book a re-application at the salon to move up your closure and redo the base.

    Difference compared with similar products in the range?

    A closure installation covers a smaller, specific area on the crown compared with a frontal installation, which extends from ear to ear. This makes a closure installation a quicker and often easier-to-maintain option for many customers.

    Storage & sleeping at night - what applies?

    To protect the attachment and strands overnight, you should always sleep with your hair gathered in a loose braid. We also strongly recommend using a satin bonnet to prevent friction that can prematurely wear down the attachments.
