No, not if you wrap the enclosed strand of hair around it and pin it in place. If your own hair is very fine, you can also lay a thin strand of your own hair around the attachment instead.

Does a ponytail piece work with short hair?

You need to be able to gather your own hair into a ponytail, roughly shoulder length. If your hair is shorter than that, the transition shows.

Can I wear a high ponytail?

Yes, both high and low work. A high ponytail shows more of the attachment, so be careful to wrap the strand of hair all the way around.

How long does a ponytail piece last?

Human hair lasts a long time with the right haircare, since it is only worn for a few hours at a time. Vegan has a shorter life.

Classic or Luxury?

Luxury is Remy hair, weighs 150 g and gives the most fullness and the longest lifespan. Classic is human hair but not Remy, weighs 100 g and suits you if you wear a ponytail occasionally.

Comb or claw clip – which should I choose?

A comb holds most firmly and works best in fine hair. A claw clip is quicker to put on. Both are hidden by the strand of hair wrapped around the attachment.

How do I choose the color?

A long time with the right hair care, since it is only worn a few hours at a time. Luxury in Remy hair lasts the longest.

Can I style it?

Yes. Human hair handles flat irons and curling irons – always use heat protection.

Why human hair
Human hair can be straightened, curled, colored and washed like your own. It moves naturally and can be restyled as often as you like – choose it if you wear the ponytail often or want to vary your style.

Classic or Luxury
Luxury is Remy hair with all strands running in the same direction, which means less tangling and a longer lifespan. It weighs 150 g and gives an extra full ponytail. Classic is human hair but not Remy, weighs 100 g and is a good choice if you wear a ponytail now and then.

Comb or claw
A comb is pressed into your tied-up ponytail and holds firmly even in fine hair. A claw grips around the ponytail and is quicker to attach. Both are hidden by the hair strand wrapped around the base.

How to put it on
Brush through both your own hair and the extension. Tie your hair where you want the ponytail and spray lightly if your hair is fine. Press the base in just above your elastic, wrap the hair strand around it, pin it and brush the transition together.

Choose length and color
Match the hair in the ponytail itself, not your roots. That is the color shown next to your extension.

Care
Take it out before you sleep, brush from the ends upwards, use heat protection when styling and store it hanging or in a bag.
