Halo Hairband

A halo hairband gives you long, full hair in seconds, without glue or permanent attachments. The hairpiece rests on the head on an invisible wire that is hidden by your own top hair, and small clips add extra hold.

How does a halo hairband work?

The hairpiece sits on a thin, clear wire that rests like a crown around your head. Your own top hair falls over the wire and hides it.

Where do I place the wire?

About one to two centimetres behind your natural hairline. Section off the top hair first and let it fall over the wire afterwards.

Does the wire show?

Not when you have enough of your own hair on top to cover it. If your hair is very sparse right there, it may peek through.

Is a halo suitable if I have very thin hair?

Yes, as long as you have enough hair on top to cover the wire. If it's sparse right there, a hairpiece or hair topper works better.

Why is a halo the gentlest option?

The wire carries the weight of the hair against your head instead of pulling on individual strands, and the clips just keep it in place. No glue on the skin and nothing left in while you sleep.

How is it different from clip-in?

Clip-ins attach with several clips close to the scalp and are spread over several sections. A halo is carried by the wire, and the clips only add extra hold. It gives volume in a single section.

Which textures are available?

The Luxury halo comes in straight, wavy and curly textures, in Remy hair with all strands running the same way.

Can I colour or style it?

Yes, human hair can be coloured darker or lighter and handles straighteners and curling irons with heat protection.

Can I sleep or work out in it?

Take it off before you sleep or shower. It stays put during gentle exercise, but if you move a lot, clip-ins are a better fit.

How do I care for it?

Brush from the ends upwards, wash rarely and only when needed, and let it air-dry flat. Store it hanging or flat, not rolled up.

No other method we sell puts so little strain on your own hair. The wire carries the weight, and the clips just keep the halo in place. No glue on the skin and nothing left in while you sleep. That's why we recommend a halo for a sensitive scalp, fragile hair or when your hair needs a break from other methods.

How to put it on
Section off the top layer, place the wire one to two centimetres behind your hairline, fasten the clips and let your hair fall over the wire.
