You purchase the service in the online shop and receive the address in your order confirmation. Pack the wig carefully, preferably in a box with protective material, and send it with tracked shipping. We handle your wig with care and post it back to you when the service is complete. If you live in Stockholm or Uppsala, you are also welcome to visit our salons.
Processing time varies depending on the service and workload, but as a guideline we expect 3 to 10 business days from when we receive the wig. You will always get a confirmation when we have received it and when we have sent it back. If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to contact us at info@fairwithhair.se before you order.
Yes, you can combine services, for example washing and styling together with cutting, or repair combined with colouring. Contact us by email at info@fairwithhair.se before you order and we will help you plan it in the best way and give you a combined price quote.

Yes. We carry out wig services regardless of where the wig was bought. All we need is for the wig to be in a condition we can work with. If you are unsure whether your wig is suitable for a particular service, you are welcome to email a photo to info@fairwithhair.se and we will assess it before you order.

No. The amount covers the design and ordering work. Material costs are added and depend on your choices. You'll get a total price before production begins.
Several weeks. The wig is hand-tied and made to your measurements, which takes considerably longer than a stock product.

Until production starts. After that, the wig is made uniquely for you and can't be changed or returned, which is why we go through everything carefully beforehand.
The grant covers hair replacement plus fitting and cutting-in up to a set amount per year. You pay any excess cost yourself. Bring your requisition (rekvisition) to the consultation and we'll work it out.
A human hair wig that's cared for properly lasts several years. Regular washing and care matter most, and when the lace or cap wears, they can be replaced separately.
