You purchase the service in the online shop and receive the address in the order confirmation. Pack the wig carefully, preferably in a box with protective material, and send it with tracked shipping. We handle your wig with care and send it back by post when the service is complete. If you live in Stockholm, you are also welcome to visit our salon near Odenplan.
Processing time varies depending on the service and workload, but as a guideline, we estimate 3 to 10 business days from when we receive the wig.
