We braid your own hair in thin rows close to the scalp and sew hair wefts onto the braids with needle and thread. The method needs no heat, glue or chemicals.

With the right care and sulphate-free moisturising products, the extension hair itself can keep its soft quality for up to a full year. The braided base and the sewing do, however, need a move-up by an experienced stylist every two to three months as your own hair grows.

Tape and keratin are attached strand by strand, while a sew-in is stitched in whole rows. That spreads the weight evenly over the head and builds a lot of volume quickly.

Come with clean, dry hair washed with shampoo only. Your hair needs to be roughly shoulder length to be braided, and a full installation takes a few hours.

Yes. Wash the scalp between the rows afterwards and blow-dry the braids completely – moisture left in the base is what causes itching and odour.
