Book Hair Extensions Stockholm & Uppsala
Micro weft Stockholm & Uppsala
Micro weft is a narrow, ultra-thin weft in real human hair, attached with micro rings in several thin rows. More, smaller rows give a flatter, more natural-moving result with minimal wear on your own hair. The method suits you if you have normal to thick hair and want discreet hair extensions. We offer installation and move-up at both our salons, in Stockholm and in Uppsala.

Frequently asked questions
A micro weft is gently attached to your own hair with a row of small micro rings along the scalp, with no sewing at all. The ultra-thin design means the weft lies completely flat against the head for an invisible, secure fit.
With the right care and regular use of moisturising salon products, these human hair extensions can keep their soft quality for up to a year. To keep the fit secure and comfortable, the attachments should be moved up by a professional stylist every two to three months.
Unlike a traditional machine-sewn hair weft, a micro weft is much thinner, finer and usually made without a thick seam. That markedly reduces the risk of scalp irritation and makes the attachments much easier to hide in your natural hair.
This method suits you if you have normal to thick hair and want fullness and length with flat, discreet attachments. It's also a great fit for an active lifestyle if you often want to wear your hair up without joins or edges showing. If you have thin or fine hair, we recommend butterfly weft or tape instead.
Yes. The rows are narrow and lie flat, so when they're placed correctly they're easy to hide even in updos.
No. The micro weft is attached with micro rings – no sewing, no glue, no tape and no heat.
No, not when they're fitted correctly and moved up on time, every 2–3 months. The weight is spread evenly across the row instead of straining individual strands.
Yes. Blow-dry the attachments completely afterwards and keep conditioner away from the rings themselves.
Yes, the same weft usually lasts through several move-ups. We assess its condition at every visit and let you know when it's time to replace it.
Yes, it's human hair. It handles straighteners and curling irons with heat protection and can be coloured darker or lighter – have a hairdresser do it.
