Mono Part Wig

A hand-tied parting where every strand comes up through the mesh one by one, so the hair looks like it grows straight out of the head. The rest of the wig is wefted, which keeps the price down.

All our wigs are glueless – no glue, no tape.

Vanliga frågor

What is a mono part wig?

A wig where the parting is hand-tied into a skin-colored monofilament mesh, so the hair looks like it grows straight out of the head. The rest of the cap is machine-wefted.

What is the difference between Mono Part and Mono Top?

Mono Top is hand-tied across the whole top and gives you a parting you can move within that section. Mono Part concentrates the handwork in the parting itself.

Can you tell it is a wig at the parting?

No. The mesh is skin-colored and the strands come up one by one, so the parting reads as scalp even up close.

Can I move the parting?

You can shift it a few centimeters within the hand-tied section. If you want to place the parting anywhere, choose Lace Frontal or Full Lace.

How long does a synthetic wig last?

1-3 months depending on how often it is worn. Daily wear wears it down faster than a few times a week.

Is the wig heat resistant?

Yes, up to 120 degrees. Higher temperatures damage the fiber permanently.

How often should the wig be washed?

Every other week. Use lukewarm water and products made for synthetic wigs, and let it air dry on a wig head.

Do I need glue or tape?

No. All our wigs are glueless and sit with adjustable straps.

Is mono part suitable for hair loss?

Yes. Vegan synthetic is part of our range for hair loss, and the hand-tied section rests softly against the scalp.

What size is the cap?

The synthetic wigs come in one size, with adjustable straps at the nape that you tighten until the wig sits securely.

Allt du behöver veta om Mono Part Wig

What a mono part wig is

Mono part means the parting is hand-tied into a fine monofilament mesh. Each strand is knotted individually and comes up through the mesh exactly the way your own hair comes up out of the scalp. The mesh is skin-colored, so when you look straight down into the parting you see skin - not a seam and not a row. The rest of the cap is machine-wefted, and that combination is what keeps the model affordable: the handwork goes where the eye actually lands.

The difference from Mono Top

Mono Top is hand-tied across the whole top.
