Micro weft is a hair extension where a thin hair weft is attached to your own hair with small micro rings close to the scalp – with no glue, tape or heat at all.
We wash and section the hair, attach micro rings in a row and fix the weft to the rings. Then we cut in the extensions and style them. Installation usually takes 1–2 hours.
We move the weft up every 2–3 months, once your own hair has grown out. The same Luxury hair can be moved up many times, until you decide you want to change it.

No. The rings are small and the weft lies flat against the head, so the attachments don't show even when you wear your hair up.
Yes, you can live as normal. Dry your hair thoroughly after exercise and rinse out chlorine and salt water after swimming.
The Luxury hair can take straighteners and curling irons with heat protection and can be coloured both darker and lighter. Have a hairdresser do the colouring.
Both are attached with micro rings. Butterfly weft has an even thinner edge with no return hair and is attached through pre-made holes, making it extra flat and light.

Micro weft in Stockholm and Uppsala – everything you need to know
Micro weft is a hair extension method where a thin, machine-sewn hair weft is attached to your own hair with small micro rings. The method uses no glue, tape or heat, and the attachment lies so flat against the head that it can't be seen. We install micro weft in our salons in Stockholm and Uppsala, for anyone who wants more length, more volume or both.
How the method works
We divide the hair into rows and clamp small micro rings onto your own hair. The weft is then attached to the rings, row by row. Because the weight is spread over many attachments, no individual strands are put under strain. Finally, we cut in the extensions so the transition to your own hair is invisible.
Who is micro weft for?
Micro weft suits you if you have normal to thick hair and want a fixed hair extension without glue or heat. If you have thin or fragile hair, we often recommend butterfly weft, which has an even thinner edge, or Mesh for hair loss.
How long does it last?
The micro weft is moved up every 2–3 months, once your own hair has grown out. At reinstallation we take the weft out and attach it again close to the scalp. Luxury hair can be moved up many times, so you pay for the hair once and then only for the move-ups.
How much does micro weft cost?

Care
Wash with sulphate-free shampoo, brush morning and evening starting from the ends, and dry your hair completely before you go to sleep. Use heat protection when styling. With the right care, both the extensions and your own hair will last a long time.
