The double-sided tape is placed directly between your skin and the hairpiece to create an instant hold. The pre-cut shape makes application quick and easy along the hairline.
The tape consists of a medical-grade, flexible acrylic adhesive that is completely waterproof. This material ensures that the attachment remains secure and reliable even when exposed to external moisture and movement.
You can style the wig with heat tools as usual once the hairpiece is in place. However, you should avoid directing high heat from a hair dryer directly at the tape to prevent softening the adhesive.
The product is skin-friendly and designed for regular use under wigs and hairpieces. However, if you have reactive skin, we still recommend testing a small piece of tape on your forearm first.
Contour has a slightly straighter curvature compared with the CC model, which often fits perfectly along the hairline or sides. Since the pieces are already pre-cut, you do not have to adjust them yourself from a straight roll.
No, the tape is completely transparent and treated with a matte finish that does not reflect any light. It therefore blends in completely invisibly with all skin tones and transparent mesh colors.
The tape itself cannot be colored and should be kept away from strong chemicals such as hair dye. Always remove the tape completely if you plan to tone or dye your human hair wig.
Ultra Hold is known for its high strength and provides a very secure hold for two to four weeks. However, durability varies somewhat depending on your skin’s oil production and your daily activity level.
This variant has the A Contour shape, which differs in curvature from our CC Contour tape, but offers exactly the same extremely strong Ultra Hold adhesive. It saves you valuable time compared with using an uncut roll of tape.
Since the adhesive is designed to last for several weeks, you can sleep with the wig on without any problems. Always store your unused tape pieces tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dark place.
