Vart supernöjd flertal gången förutom de senaste 2 gångerna, fästena har blivit sämre så det trillar av ofantligt mycket hår. Redan efter 1 omsättning så har hälften av hårstråna trillat ur sina fäste. Kontaktade kundservice utan någon bättre respons

Blivit mycket sämre tyvärr

Har köpt från fairwithhair i många år, tapehair i 70cm men senaste året har kvalitén blivit mycket sämre. Håret känns mer som syntet många gånger och det syns i topparna redan när man får det. Det håller sig någorlunda fint i en vecka sen rasar det av hår och tovar sig precis som syntet brukar göra. Får heller ingen bra respons när jag kommunicerat detta med er kundtjänst utan får snarare ett otrevligt svar tillbaka, ingen kompensation. Jag behöver köpa nytt varje månad för att ens ha något hår kvar och så ska det inte vara. Jättesynd när man inte ens får någon kompensation eller hjälp heller.
