The consultation is the most important appointment, not the first of several formalities. This is where we determine whether hair extensions are right for you at this time.
What we look at
- Hair thickness, condition and elasticity
- The condition of your scalp and any sensitivity
- How much of your own hair there is to attach to
- Your colour in daylight, not lamplight
- Your everyday life - exercise, work and how much time you want to spend on your hair
What to bring
Come with clean, dry, loose hair without any products. If you have pictures of results you like, bring them along. If you know that you have a sensitive scalp or have previously reacted to a treatment, tell us right away.
Sometimes we say no
If your hair is severely damaged after bleaching, or if your scalp is irritated, we recommend waiting and rebuilding your hair first. It may be more disappointing to hear, but it is far better than an installation that does not hold - or that damages the hair you have left.
You get a price before you decide
After the consultation, you will know which method we recommend, how much hair is needed, what it costs and how often you need to come back. Feel free to read about what affects the price first.
