1. Put your own hair up in a bun at the height you want your ponytail to be.
2. Attach the comb to the hair tie
3. Wrap the Velcro around your own ponytail for a secure hold
4. Then cover the Velcro fastener with the hair loop and secure the loop with a hairpin to ensure it stays in place
