Business account for salons & wholesalers

Fairwithhair has worked with human hair since 2009 and today supplies salons, stylists, clinics and shops all over Sweden. With a business account you shop as a wholesale customer in the same online store as our private customers, but see trade prices excluding VAT as soon as you are logged in. That makes it easy to buy hair extensions, wigs, Hair Toppers, hair care, keratin from Cocochoco and accessories for your salon – without separate price lists or order forms.

Who can get a business account?
The business account is for salons, stylists, clinics, shops and wholesalers in hair and beauty. The company must be registered in Sweden with a company registration number, F-tax approval (F-skatt) and VAT registration. Purchases are made in the company's name and for the company's business, and the account is personal to the company. If you shop as a private individual, our regular terms of purchase apply instead.

Hair extensions for salons and wholesalers
The range covers human hair extensions in every method: tape, keratin, hair weft, butterfly weft and clip-in. With one single account you can order the hair you use for installations and reinstallations in your salon, and at the same time add accessories and aftercare for your clients. Wigs, Hair Toppers and hair care
As a business customer you can also buy wigs, Hair Toppers in human hair, hair care from KIS Haircare, keratin treatments from Cocochoco and accessories. This suits salons that help clients with hair loss, shops that resell to their own customers and clinics that want to offer hair and hair care. When reselling, you set your own prices, and we can give recommended prices.

The Professional range for stylists
For stylists there is the Professional range with bleach, hydrogen peroxide, activator and professional hair colour. These products are sold to businesses only. Prices in the Professional range are already trade prices, so the regular volume discount is not added on top.

A discount that grows with you
The business discount is based on a volume ladder with the levels Start, Salong, Grossist and Premium. Your level is calculated on your purchases over a rolling 12 months, excluding VAT, and we review the volume monthly. When you pass a threshold, the new level applies from your next order. The discount varies between product groups, and you always see your own prices when you are logged in.

Your prices in the online shop
Trade prices are shown directly in the online shop when you are logged in, so you never have to recalculate prices by hand. VAT is added at checkout, and the price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed. If your volume drops below a threshold, the company moves down a level in the same way it moves up, and a new level never applies retroactively or in the middle of an ongoing order.

Ordering, payment and delivery
Your first order must be at least 2,000 SEK excluding VAT and after that at least 1,000 SEK excluding VAT per order. You pay by card at checkout, and after a few completed orders without remarks we can offer invoice payment. We normally ship within 2–3 days, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout. If an item is out of stock, we deliver it immediately or within 2 weeks, depending on the order.

Returns and terms
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases, but we accept unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened hair, opened hair care and special orders cannot be returned, and you pay the return shipping. Salon services, wig services, training courses and package offers are not included in the business range. All details are in our B2B terms.

Complaints and reselling
If you discover a fault with an item, it must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable time, and we decide whether the item is repaired, replaced or credited. If you resell our products, product names and images must be used correctly, and you may not claim that your company is Fairwithhair. We may close a business account if the terms are not followed, if the company no longer meets the requirements or if payments are not made.

How to apply
The application takes a couple of minutes. Fill in the form on the Apply for a business account page, and we will review it and reply within one working day. Once your application is approved, you receive your login by email and can start shopping straight away.
