Shipping and delivery to Norway

We ship from Sweden to all of Norway. Here you'll find shipping, delivery times, VAT and returns.

Shipping and delivery time

  • Free shipping on orders over 1 800 NOK
  • Delivery time: 3–7 days
  • Registered mail: orders over 2 000 SEK are sent by registered mail

We ship to all of Norway, including outside the larger cities.

VAT and customs

Your parcel is sent from Sweden and cleared through customs on entry into Norway. Norwegian VAT and the carrier's customs clearance fee are added and paid by you on delivery – so they aren't included in the price at checkout.

Keep this in mind when comparing prices, so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives. Unsure what it will come to for your order? Get in touch before you order and we'll go through it together.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel isn't collected, we charge 250 SEK for shipping and handling. So please collect your parcel within the pickup point's time limit, or let us know in good time if something comes up.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your parcel. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are sent to our PO box in Stockholm, never to the salons:

You pay the return shipping yourself. Get in touch before sending anything back and we'll help you do it right.

Special-order sizes

Luxury human hair comes in S, M and L. S is the standard size and is kept in stock. M and L are special orders with a delivery time of about 3–4 weeks, and aren't covered by the right of withdrawal because they're made for you.

Wigs with funding

If you're buying a wig with support from Nav, get in touch before you order and we'll go through the paperwork. Please note that Nav doesn't cover shipping, customs or other fees.

No. Nav doesn't cover shipping, customs or other fees.
