Herrperuk vid håravfall: vilken lösning passar bäst? - Fairwithhair

Hair loss in men rarely looks the same from one person to the next, which is why there is no single right answer to which solution suits you. What matters is how much of your own hair you have left and where on the head it is missing.

Early thinning

If you still have coverage over the whole head but feel your hair is getting thinner, you rarely need a full wig. A hairpiece that clips into your own hair adds volume where it is needed and comes off whenever you like. It requires enough of your own hair to attach to – which is exactly why it pays to start in time.

Receding hairline and thinning on top

When thinning is concentrated on the top of the head and the hairline, a toupee is often the most natural choice. It covers exactly the area that needs covering and leaves your own hair at the sides and back, giving a blend that is hard to beat.

Extensive hair loss

If your own hair is gone or very sparse, a full men's wig gives the best result. You get full control over density, length and hairline, and avoid the problem of matching existing hair.

What makes it look natural?

Two things: the hairline and the density. A lace base at the front edge makes the hairs look as if they grow straight out of the skin. And a wig with too much density is the most common reason something looks off – adult hair is not as thick as many people think.
