Care
Wash the wig once a week to every other week, as needed, with shampoo and conditioner for human hair. Human hair is styled like your own – blow-dry, straighten and curl with a heat protectant. Store it on a wig stand so it keeps its shape.

A Luxury wig can be renewed after about 7–9 months. We replace the lace, re-sew the wig or refill hair so it regains its natural fullness. We go through the wig first and tell you what can be done.

How do you custom-make a real hair wig?
You start by choosing the length, color, texture, and desired fit. Our specialists then create a wig based on your wishes.
How long does it take to receive your custom-made wig?
Normally, production takes about 3 to 5 weeks depending on the design and hair type. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I use heat tools on the wig?
Yes, because the wig is made of real hair, you can style it just like your own hair with a straightener, curling iron or blow dryer.
How long does a custom-made wig last?
With proper care, your wig can last for years. Use gentle products and store it on a wig stand when not in use.
What type of hair is used in your wigs?
We only work with carefully selected, high-quality real hair to ensure a natural, beautiful and sustainable result.
Can I move the parting?
Within the closure area, yes - a few centimetres to either side. If you want to be able to change your parting completely freely and tie your hair up, you need a full lace.
Can you bleach the knots?
Yes. Bleached knots and a plucked hairline make the transition to the skin completely seamless. We do this in our Wig Atelier, along with trimming the lace.
Can I recolor it later?
Yes, it is real hair. Have someone experienced with wigs do it. If you already have a matched color, we recommend contacting us first so that the work is not wasted.
How long does Chloe last?
Several years with daily use and gentle care. The lace wears out first and can be replaced by us instead of buying a new wig.
Can I use a requisition?
Yes. We are an approved supplier for wig prescriptions in all 21 regions and will help you with the entire process.
