How do I book a treatment?

Do I need a consultation first?

That depends on the service. The Makeover and Luxury packages include the hair, while pure fitting and refitting services cover the work. If the product text does not say hair is included, it is not.

How often do I need to come back?

We use selected high-quality hair extensions. The color is customized with shades and hues for a soft transition that blends into your own hair.

Is the hair included in the price?

How do I prepare my hair?

Come with freshly washed, dry and detangled hair washed with shampoo only. Conditioner, oils and styling products weaken the bond for tape, keratin and braids.

Can I use a prescription from my region?

Yes, we are an approved supplier in all 21 Swedish regions. The prescription covers the wig along with fitting and cutting in – not hair extensions, color or maintenance. Bring it to the appointment.

How do I pay?

By invoice, instalments, card, Swish or cash. Payment is made in the salon unless otherwise agreed.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, by phone during opening hours or via the cancellation link. Later cancellations or missed appointments are charged in part. Cancellations by text, email or social media are not accepted.

Prepare your hair
Come with freshly washed, dry and detangled hair washed with shampoo only. Conditioner, oils and styling products weaken the bond for tape, keratin and braids.

Time and return visits
A cut takes about an hour, tape and keratin two to four hours, and weave, butterfly weft and braids often half a day or more. Tape is moved up every 8–10 weeks, microträns and butterfly weft every two to three months, weave is redone after two to three months and keratin bonds are redone after 3–4 months.

Prescription, payment and cancellation
We are an approved supplier in all 21 Swedish regions. The prescription covers wigs plus fitting and cutting in, not extensions, color or maintenance. You pay in the salon by invoice, instalments, card, Swish or cash. Cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment, by phone or through the cancellation link.
