Choose the hold for how long it should last
If the wig only needs to stay on for a shorter time, tape is enough – it is the easiest to remove and the gentlest on the skin. For longer wear, liquid glue is the right choice. Pre-cut contour tape follows the hairline and saves time every time you attach. Vented tape lets moisture through and is more comfortable in heat and during workouts. Water-soluble glue in gel or spray is the mildest option for a lighter hold.

Prepare the skin
The skin should be clean, dry and free from oils and hair products. A scalp protector under the glue extends the hold and makes removal gentler.

Remove it the right way
Never pull off a wig that is stuck. Dissolve the bond with remover, let it work and gently release from the edge inward. This matters most for making the lace last.
