Ett intyg från läkare och/eller sjuksköterska som ger rätt till bidrag för peruk.

Vem kan få rekvisition?

Du som på grund av sjukdom eller behandling upplever håravfall kan ha rätt till rekvisition.

Giltig
Blekinge 7000 kr Excluding VAT per year. The amount covers both the wig and the fitting. The requisition applies to a wig or a toupee. 12 months
Dalarna 8000 kr Including VAT per 12-month period. The grant can be used for fitting, a wig, a toupee, hair extensions and cosmetic tattooing or touch-ups. 12 months
Gävleborg 6000 kr A requisition of SEK 3,000 per six months, so a maximum of SEK 6,000 per 12-month period for a wig or other hair replacement. 12 months
Gotland 7000 kr Excluding VAT per 12-month period, in effect since 1 January 2025. The amount also covers fitting and cutting in. Eyelashes and eyebrows are not included. 12 months
Halland 7000 kr Maximum grant per 12-month period for a wig or hair replacement (plus SEK 1,400 for eyelashes and eyebrows per calendar year). 12 months
Jämtland Härjedalen 6000 kr Including VAT per 12-month period (full cost coverage for children, with no ceiling). 12 months
Jönköpings län 8000 kr Maximum grant including VAT per year (for permanent hair loss, gender dysphoria or temporary hair loss). 12 months (5 years for permanent need)
Kalmar 8000 kr Level 1: SEK 3,500 – lower need, for example a simpler wig or hair replacement. Level 2: SEK 4,500 – moderate need. Level 3: SEK 8,000 – greater need, for example a more advanced wig or hair replacement. Amounts include VAT. 12 months
Kronoberg 7000 kr Permanent need: maximum SEK 7,000 per year. Temporary need: maximum SEK 4,000 per year. The amounts are stated excluding VAT. Calendar year
Norrbotten 6000 kr The region covers hair replacement – for example a wig, hairpiece, toupee or pigmentation – up to SEK 6,000 excluding VAT per 12-month period. A patient fee of SEK 500 applies per wig, hairpiece or toupee for permanent hair loss. No patient fee for temporary hair loss, for children and young people under 20, or in palliative care. 12 months
Örebro 7500 kr Adults with long-term need: SEK 7,500 per 12-month period, from the year they turn 20. Adults with temporary need: SEK 5,000 per 12-month period. 12 months
Östergötland 6000 kr Adults: SEK 6,000 per 12-month period. The grant can be used for one wig or split across two wigs within the same 12-month period. 12 months
Skåne 7500 kr Maximum SEK 7,500 including VAT per 12-month period for a wig or hair replacement. SEK 7,500 per 12-month period is also stated for children. 12 months
Södermanland 6000 kr Adults: up to SEK 3,000 including VAT per six-month period, and no more than SEK 6,000 including VAT per twelve-month period. Costs above the grant are paid by the patient. 12 months
Stockholm 7000 kr Adults: SEK 7,000 per 12-month period for a wig, hair replacement or hair extensions. Children: SEK 9,500 per 12-month period. Repair grant: SEK 3,500 for long-term need, at the earliest six months after the hair replacement was received. 12 months
Uppsala 5000 kr Maximum grant per 12-month period for adults. The amount covers a wig or other hair replacement, plus the fitting. 12 months
Värmland 8000 kr Long-term medical need: maximum SEK 8,000 per calendar year. Temporary medical need: maximum SEK 4,000 during a 12-month period. Calendar year (5 years for long-term need)
Västerbotten 6000 kr Permanent need for adults aged 20 or over: maximum SEK 6,000 per year. Temporary need: SEK 3,000 per six months, or a maximum of SEK 6,000 per year. 12 months
Västernorrland 7000 kr Maximum grant per 12-month period for adults with medical hair loss. 12 months
Västmanland 8000 kr Long-term need: maximum SEK 8,000 per calendar year for a wig, toupee or other hair replacement. Short-term need: maximum SEK 4,000 per calendar year for a synthetic wig. Short-term need: maximum SEK 3,000 per calendar year for a custom-sewn turban or scarf. Calendar year
Västra Götaland 7000 kr Maximum SEK 7,000 excluding VAT per 12-month period. The grant covers a wig, toupee or other hair replacement, as well as fitting and any repairs. The same maximum applies jointly to wig or hair replacement and eyelashes or eyebrows. 12 months

Vem kan få rekvisition för peruk eller hårersättning?

Rekvisition kan ges till dig som har medicinskt håravfall, till exempel vid cancerbehandling, alopeci eller andra sjukdomstillstånd. Det är alltid din läkare eller förskrivare som bedömer behovet och avgör om du har rätt till stöd.

Kan jag använda rekvisitionen hos Fair With Hair?

Ja, vi är landstingsanslutna och tar emot giltiga rekvisitioner från olika regioner. Kontakta oss gärna innan ditt besök så hjälper vi dig förstå vad som gäller för just din rekvisition.

Vad täcker rekvisitionen?

Rekvisitionen täcker oftast en del av kostnaden för peruk eller annan hårersättning. Beloppet varierar mellan olika regioner och om produkten kostar mer än bidraget betalar du mellanskillnaden själv.

Vilka produkter kan jag köpa med rekvisition?

With a requisition you can buy wigs in Luxury human hair, vegan synthetic wigs and hair extensions in Luxury quality. The requisition can also be used for hair extension installation at our salons. The rules differ from region to region, so get in touch before you buy and we will check what your requisition covers.

Säljer ni även syntetiska peruker?

Yes, our vegan synthetic wigs are part of the medical range and can be bought with a requisition. In human hair we work with Luxury quality for requisition purchases.

Måste jag boka tid för utprovning?

Vi rekommenderar alltid att du bokar en kostnadsfri konsultation eller utprovning. Då kan vi ta emot dig i lugn och ro i ett avskilt rum och hjälpa dig hitta rätt lösning utifrån dina behov.

Kan jag få hjälp även om mitt håravfall inte beror på cancer?

Ja, självklart. Vi hjälper kunder med många olika typer av håravfall, bland annat alopeci, hormonellt håravfall, tunnhårighet och andra medicinska eller tillfälliga orsaker.

Vad är skillnaden mellan peruk och hair topper?

En peruk täcker hela huvudet, medan en hair topper används för att fylla ut eller täcka specifika områden där håret blivit tunt. Vilket alternativ som passar bäst beror på hur omfattande håravfallet är och vilket resultat du önskar.

Kan jag styla en peruk eller hair topper i äkta hår?

Ja, produkter i äkta hår kan oftast plattas, lockas och stylas med värme, precis som ditt eget hår. Med rätt skötsel och värmeskydd får du stor frihet att anpassa looken efter din vardag och stil.

A requisition is a certificate from the healthcare system that entitles you to a grant toward a wig or other hair replacement when you lose your hair for medical reasons. It may be chemotherapy, radiation, alopecia, hormonal changes or another medical condition. It is always your doctor or prescriber who makes the assessment and issues the requisition, often your contact nurse at the treating clinic. Many people never learn that the option exists unless they ask, so ask.

The amounts differ between regions
Each region decides for itself how large the grant is, how long the requisition is valid and what it may be used for. The difference is considerable, between SEK 5,000 and SEK 8,000 for adults, with separate rules for children, for temporary versus long-term hair loss, and for how often the grant can be drawn. Some regions count per calendar year, others per twelve-month period from the date the requisition was issued. Further up the page you will find an overview of all 21 regions, and each region has its own page with the current conditions. It is the region where you receive your care that issues the requisition, not always the one where you live.

What you can use the grant for with us
With a requisition you can choose wigs in Luxury human hair, vegan synthetic wigs and hair extensions in Luxury quality. In several regions the grant can also be used for hair extension installation, for example mesh if you still have your own hair but thinner areas. For requisition purchases we work deliberately with our medical range: constructions such as lace front, mono top and classic cap sit comfortably against a sensitive scalp, and all our wigs are glueless. The rules differ from region to region, so get in touch before you buy and we will check what your requisition covers.

We handle the paperwork
Bring the original requisition, or email it to us if you are shopping online. We invoice the region directly for the approved amount, and you pay only the difference if the product costs more. Accessories such as shampoo, conditioner, wig stands and tape are not included in the grant. Always check the expiry date on your certificate; if it runs out, the right to the amount lapses and a new application has to be made.

All of Sweden, in person or remotely
We are a contracted supplier in all 21 regions and have been for many years. You are welcome at our salons by Odenplan in Stockholm and on Skolgatan in Uppsala, always by appointment and always in a private room without stress. If you live further away we handle the whole process remotely: video consultation, digital color matching and discreet delivery to your home. Fittings and advice are free either way.
