Regular shampoo is made to dissolve oil from the scalp. Synthetic fiber has no oil, so the surfactants attack the surface instead and the hair becomes dull, rough and static.
Every other week is enough for most people. If you wear it every day or sweat a lot, it may need washing more often – but better too rarely than too often.
Detangle the hair dry, rinse in lukewarm water and spread the shampoo from top to bottom without rubbing. Apply conditioner to the lengths, rinse, pat out the water and let it air dry on a wig stand.
Yes, up to 120 °C. Always start on the lowest heat – higher heat melts the fiber and that damage cannot be repaired.
Often yes. Detangle gently from the ends up, spray Enhancer Spray – Syntethår on the lengths and give the hair a round of conditioner. Fiber melted by heat, however, cannot be restored.
No. Oils and heavy masks form a film on the synthetic fiber and make the hair flat and greasy. Use products made for synthetic hair.
Let it air dry on a wig stand straight after washing so it keeps its shape. Don't brush the hair while it is wet.

1–3 months depending on how often you wear it. The right care makes it last noticeably longer.
No. Synthetic fiber doesn't absorb hair color, and bleach dissolves it. If you want a different shade, choose a wig or hair piece in that color.
