2. When you visit us for the first time, we will go over the desired wig variant, hair color and style of the wig(s). You can buy a wig on site if something suits your taste or we will tailor one, completely according to your wishes.
3. When you come for your return visit, you will be able to try on your wig that we have dyed etc., as agreed. We will also cut the hairstyle and go through care instructions. The return visit when returning the wig is free of charge.

2. We will call you and have a consultation over the phone. Depending on what kind of wig you want and what we agree on, we will send the wig to you. Even when it is a distance purchase, we will go through the desired wig variant, hair color and style of the wig/wigs.
