Can I drop in? - If you have questions and want to ask us, you can come in, but you may have to wait, as we prioritize booked customers first. However, it is important that you book your treatments in advance, as drop-in times for hair/color placement are not available.
If I don't live in Stockholm, how can I get a consultation? - We also offer a telephone consultation that you can book with us. We will then call you on the phone number you provide, and there is also the option of a video call to check how your hair looks, the color, etc.
What kind of hair do you sell in the store? - In the store you have the opportunity to buy real hair, both in basic and luxury quality. Hair pieces such as closures and frontals as well as ponytails and clips in luxury quality. However, it is a good idea to call us at 0764159000 to ensure that your particular color is in stock!
Do you sell any synthetic hair extensions in the physical store? - Yes, X-pression synthetic hair extensions and Goddes/Gipsy synthetic hair extensions. Again, it's great if you check beforehand if the color is in stock.
If I want to buy a wig, can I come in and buy it all at once? - Unfortunately not. If you are interested in buying a wig from us, you should start by thinking about what kind of wig you want. A wig made of synthetic hair extensions can only be ordered online, so you cannot buy it physically in a store. However, if you are interested in buying a real hair wig, you should book a free wig consultation. During the consultation, the wig manager will go through the wigs we have and guide you further. Please note that in the store we only have real hair wigs of luxury quality.
