Start with clip-on
A good clip-on set in real human hair is the most affordable way in. No salon time, no move-ups, and you only wear it on the days you want to. Cared for properly, it lasts for years and will see you through your entire degree.
Choose quality over quantity
A smaller set of Remy hair beats a large set of cheap hair. The cheap hair tangles after a few weeks and has to be replaced – and then you've paid twice.
Budget for the whole year
If you choose an installed method, include move-ups in your budget from the start. A method with longer intervals, such as keratin, means fewer appointments even if the first one costs more.
Exam periods and your hair
Stress and poor sleep show in your hair. Try not to book a new installation in the middle of exam week – partly because you need the time, and partly because stressed hair isn't at its best when we assess it.
