Orders and delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Malta, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the USA and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Within Sweden, shipping is free from 890 SEK. Under 890 SEK, shipping costs 69 SEK, and from 1 200 SEK we send your order by registered mail at no extra cost.
For other countries, shipping costs and the free-shipping threshold vary by country. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Will I pay customs or VAT on delivery outside the EU?
For deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA or Canada, customs duties and import fees may apply when the parcel arrives in your country. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are paid by you as the customer. Feel free to check with your local customs authority before you order.
Right of withdrawal and returns
How long is my right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by you as the customer.

Include the packing slip in the parcel. Returns are not accepted at our salons – neither in Stockholm nor in Uppsala. If you drop off a return at a salon, it can't be registered and your refund will be delayed. Read the full terms on our exchanges and returns page.
Can I return hair extensions I've tried?
Hair extensions are a hygiene product. For a return to be approved, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We recommend checking the colour in both daylight and indoor lighting before you open the packaging.
What happens if I don't collect my parcel?
The parcel stays at the pickup point for 14 days. If it isn't collected, we charge 250 SEK for shipping, return shipping and handling.
Requisition
How do I order a wig with a requisition?
A requisition (rekvisition) is a wig subsidy from your Swedish region. Email your requisition to info@fairwithhair.se along with what you'd like to order, and we'll create your order manually. If you need to pay a difference, that's done afterwards.
Products and care
What's the difference between human hair extensions and vegan hair?
Human hair extensions are real human hair and can be coloured, heat styled and worn for a long time with the right care. Vegan hair is made from synthetic fibre, costs considerably less and comes pre-styled in its texture. It can't be coloured.
Can I heat style vegan hair?
Our vegan range is heat-resistant, but it can't handle as much heat as human hair. Always use low heat and check what it says on the individual product page before styling.
How do I wash vegan hair?
Wash gently in lukewarm water with shampoo and conditioner made for synthetic hair. Don't rub. Let the hair air-dry flat on a towel or hanging on a wig stand, and store it somewhere dry and cool when you're not wearing it.
How often do hair extensions need a move-up?
That depends on the method and how fast your own hair grows. Get in touch with the salon and we'll guide you based on your particular method.
