Frequently asked questions

Which brush should I use for hair extensions?

An extension brush. It glides around the bonds without catching or pulling and is suitable for daily brushing.

What's the difference between an extension brush and a detangling brush?

The extension brush is for daily brushing around the bonds. The detangling brush works out knots and is ideal after washing.

What is the compact detangling brush for?

It's smaller and fits in your bag, so you can detangle your hair during the day.

What is the tail comb used for?

The tail comb sections off straight, even partings at installation and move-ups, and is used to comb out residue after removal.

How do I brush without pulling on the bonds?

Hold the hair with one hand near the bonds and brush from the ends upwards in stages.

How often should I brush my hair extensions?

Morning and evening, and always before you wash your hair. That way no knots form at the bonds.

Can I brush my hair extensions when they're wet?

Squeeze out the water first and detangle gently with a detangling brush. Avoid pulling on wet hair closest to the bonds.

Do the brushes work on wigs and hairpieces?

Yes, on human hair wigs and hairpieces. Brush gently from the bottom up and hold at the hairline.

How do I clean the brush?

Remove loose hairs after every use and wash the brush with mild shampoo and lukewarm water now and then. Let it air-dry.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Delivery time for online orders is 2–3 days within Sweden.
