Hair in good condition holds more, lasts longer, and looks better. The four weeks before your appointment are therefore not wasted - they affect the result more than most people think.
Four weeks before
- Do not bleach your hair. If you want to change the colour, do it now rather than later.
- Cut off split ends - they do not disappear just because they are hidden.
- Wait for an irritated scalp to calm down.
Two weeks before
- Deep-conditioning treatment once a week
- Reduce heat styling
- Start using sulphate-free shampoo
The day before
- Wash your hair thoroughly, without conditioner on the lengths near the scalp
- No dry shampoo, oil, or styling products
- Arrive with dry, loose hair - the attachments adhere less effectively to product residue

Medication, hormonal changes, and illness can affect the strength of your hair and how much it can withstand. We do not judge this - it is information we need to choose the right amount and method.
The next step is the consultation.
