Description

A wig looks most natural when it's cut to suit your face. We cut the wig while you're wearing it, so the length, bangs and shape are right from every angle.

Two options

Cutting for both human hair and synthetic wigs. Human hair wig – cut incl. styling when you also want the wig blow-dried and styled afterward.

Good to know

Bring the wig, ideally wearing it when you arrive. Synthetic wigs tolerate heat up to 120 degrees, so the styling is adapted to the material. In some regions, a requisition (regional wig grant in Sweden) can cover the cut of a new wig – just ask us.

This service is carried out at our salon in Uppsala and in Stockholm. Choose your salon when you add the service to your cart.

Requisition for wigs and hair replacement

We are an approved supplier for county councils and regions throughout Sweden. This means you can use your requisition to pay for wigs and wig services with us.

You can order in one of two ways. Either you order what you want in the online shop and then email the requisition to info@fairwithhair.se – we adjust the amount on your order. Or you email the requisition and what you would like to order directly to info@fairwithhair.se, and we create the order manually for you. Any difference in price is handled afterwards.

How do I send in my wig if I don’t live in Stockholm? arrow-icon

You purchase the service in the online shop and receive the address in your order confirmation. Pack the wig carefully, preferably in a box with protective material, and send it with tracked shipping. We handle your wig with care and post it back to you when the service is complete. If you live in Stockholm or Uppsala, you are also welcome to visit our salons.

How long does it take before I get my wig back? arrow-icon

Processing time varies depending on the service and workload, but as a guideline we expect 3 to 10 business days from when we receive the wig. You will always get a confirmation when we have received it and when we have sent it back. If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to contact us at info@fairwithhair.se before you order.

Can I combine several services on the same wig? arrow-icon

Yes, you can combine services, for example washing and styling together with cutting, or repair combined with colouring. Contact us by email at info@fairwithhair.se before you order and we will help you plan it in the best way and give you a combined price quote.

What happens if something goes wrong or I’m not satisfied? arrow-icon

We stand behind our work and always contact you if we see that the wig needs extra handling or if something unexpected comes up. If you are not satisfied with the result, we want to know right away. Contact us at info@fairwithhair.se and we will find a solution together. Your peace of mind matters to us.

Can I send in a wig I bought somewhere else? arrow-icon

Yes. We carry out wig services regardless of where the wig was bought. All we need is for the wig to be in a condition we can work with. If you are unsure whether your wig is suitable for a particular service, you are welcome to email a photo to info@fairwithhair.se and we will assess it before you order.
