Hair in good condition carries more, holds longer and looks better. The four weeks before your appointment are therefore not wasted – they affect the result more than most people think.
Four weeks before
- Do not bleach your hair. If you want to change the colour, do it now, not later.
- Trim off damaged ends – they do not disappear just because they are hidden.
- Wait for an irritated scalp to settle down.
Two weeks before
- A deep conditioning treatment once a week
- Cut back on heat styling
- Start using a sulphate-free shampoo
The day before
- Wash your hair clean, with no conditioner near the roots
- No dry shampoo, oil or styling products
- Come with dry hair worn down – the attachments hold less well on product residue

Medication, hormonal changes and illness can affect how strong your hair is and how much it can handle. We do not judge – it is information we need to choose the right amount and method.
The next step is the consultation.
