Usage :
Mix KIS Snow White Bleach Powder with KIS OxyCreme Hydrogen in the desired strength (3%, 6%, 9% or 12%) in a ratio of 1:2. Apply to dry hair and leave on under constant control until the desired lightness is achieved (max. 50 minutes). Rinse thoroughly and finish with a conditioning treatment.
