Have you moved to Uppsala, or want to switch salons? You don't need to take your extensions out and start over. In most cases we can take over an existing installation.
What we need to know
- Which method was used – tape, keratin or sew-in
- Roughly when your last move-up was done
- Whether you know what quality the hair is
- Whether anything has felt wrong – pulling, matting, strands coming loose
If you don't know the answers, that's fine. We can see most things when we look at the hair.
Can we reuse your hair?
Often, yes. If the hair is good quality and not too worn at the ends, we'll move it up as usual. If it's non-Remy hair that has already started matting, we'll tell you straight – it's better that you know than for us to reinstall something that will go bad again.
We don't criticise your previous salon
Hair can be installed in several correct ways. Our job is to pick up where you are now, not to review someone else's work. The only things we flag are those that risk damaging your own hair.
