Shipping policy

DELIVERY
Once you have completed your purchase, we send you an order confirmation. It occasionally ends up in your spam folder, so please check there if you cannot find it in your inbox. Please read it through and check that all details are correct. When your order is ready to ship from our warehouse, we also send a shipping confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. We always aim to ship an order as quickly as possible. Once an order has been sent, you must collect the parcel or letter from the post office within 14 days – after that it is returned to us. For uncollected parcels or letters we issue an invoice of 350 SEK to cover our costs.
