We ship from Sweden to all of Denmark.
Shipping and delivery time
- Free shipping on orders over 700 DKK
- Delivery time: 3–7 days
- Registered mail: orders over 2 000 SEK are sent by registered mail
No customs or extra VAT
Denmark is in the EU. That means the price you see at checkout is the price you pay – no customs clearance and no fees when the parcel arrives.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected, we charge 250 SEK for shipping and handling.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your parcel. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Special-order sizes
Luxury human hair comes in S, M and L. S is the standard size and is kept in stock. M and L are special orders with a delivery time of about 3–4 weeks, and they are not covered by the right of withdrawal because they are made for you.
Wigs with a subsidy
Are you buying a wig with a subsidy (tilskud) from your region or municipality? Get in touch before you order and we will go through the paperwork together.
