You purchase the service in the online shop and receive the address in the order confirmation. Pack the wig carefully, preferably in a box with protective material, and send it with tracked shipping. We handle your wig with care and send it back by post when the service is complete. If you live in Stockholm, you are also welcome to visit our salon near Odenplan.
Processing time varies depending on the service and workload, but as a guideline, we estimate 3 to 10 business days from when we receive the wig. You will always receive confirmation when we have received it and when we have sent it back. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to contact us at info@fairwithhair.se before placing your order.
Yes, you can combine services, for example washing and styling together with a haircut, or repairs combined with coloring. Contact us by email at info@fairwithhair.se before placing your order, and we will help you arrange everything in the best way and provide you with a combined price quote.

Yes. We provide wig services regardless of where the wig was purchased. The only requirement is that the wig is in a condition we can work with. If you are unsure whether your wig is suitable for a particular service, feel free to email a photo to info@fairwithhair.se, and we will assess it before you place your order.

De tjänsterna klipper hår och lace men rör inte passformen. Custom Fit innehåller båda klippmomenten plus storleksjustering och band, och blir billigare än att köpa delarna var för sig.
Båda. Vi syr in hättan om peruken är för stor och vidgar den om den är för trång. Hur mycket som går att vidga beror på konstruktionen.
Nej. Behövs ett nytt eller extra resårband för att peruken ska sitta stadigt ingår det i priset.
Mät omkretsen runt huvudet längs hårfästet, ovanför öronen och över nackbenet. Mät också från hårfästet fram till nacken och från öra till öra över huvudet.
Ja. Skicka den med dina mått och bilder på dig framifrån och i profil. Vi rekommenderar ändå ett besök om du kan, eftersom en frisyr blir bäst när vi klipper med dig i stolen.
I salongen görs allt vid ett besök. Skickar du in peruken räknar du med ungefär en vecka från att vi tagit emot den.
Ja. Säg till när du beställer så avsätter vi rätt tid.
En insömnad hätta kan sys upp igen om ditt mått förändras. Klippning av lace och frisyr går däremot inte att ångra, därför stämmer vi av noga innan vi börjar.
Ja, lägg tjänsten i varukorgen tillsammans med peruken. Väljer du salong bokar vi in dig när peruken kommit, så att vi klipper med den på ditt huvud.
