B2B Terms
These terms apply to business customers who shop through Fairwithhair Professional. The seller is Fairwithhair Josiander AB. For purchases as a private individual, our regular terms of purchase apply.
1. Who the terms apply to
The terms apply to businesses registered in Sweden that have applied for and been granted an approved business account. Purchases are made in the name of the business and for its operations.
2. Business account and approval
We review every application and have the right to decline an application without stating a reason. We also decide whether the business receives the Salon or Wholesaler customer level. The account belongs to the business and may not be shared.
3. Prices
Business prices are shown excluding VAT when you are logged in. VAT is added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.
4. Ordering and minimum order
- First order: at least SEK 2,000 excl. VAT for Salon and at least SEK 10,000 excl. VAT for Wholesaler
- After that: at least SEK 1,000 excl. VAT per order
Salon services, wig services, training courses and bundle offers are not included in the business range.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card at checkout. After a few completed orders without remarks, we may offer invoicing. We decide on invoicing case by case.
6. Delivery
We normally ship within 2–3 days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered.
7. Returns
The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act applies only to consumers and does not apply to business purchases. We still accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened hair and opened hair care are not taken back for hygiene reasons. Special-order items cannot be returned. The buyer pays the return shipping. Returns are sent to Fairwithhair Josiander AB, Box 6077, 102 32 Stockholm, Sweden.
8. Complaints
Defects must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable time after they are discovered. We decide whether the item is repaired, replaced or credited.
9. Resale
The business sets its own prices when reselling. We may provide recommended prices. Use our product names and images correctly and do not claim that the business is Fairwithhair.
10. Suspension of account
We may suspend a business account if the terms are not followed, if the business no longer meets the requirements, or if payments are not made.
11. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court.
