Use our double-sided tape to refit your existing tape-in extensions once they've grown out. It's a handy method that lets you safely reuse the same hair several times.
The tape is made of skin-friendly, double-sided silicone that creates an invisible, flexible bond. Silicone tape is gentle and reduces the risk of the bonds wearing on your natural hair.
The bonds can take gentle heat when styling, but never use a flat iron or hairdryer directly on the tape. Too much heat can melt the adhesive and weaken or loosen the bonds.
Yes, the tape method is one of the gentlest on the market and is ideal if you have thin or sensitive hair. The bonds are extremely flat, flexible and spread the weight evenly over your own hair.
These tape strips are made for 4 cm wide extension wefts, however long or thick your hair extensions are. Simply adjust the number of tape sheets to how many pieces you plan to refit.
The silicone tape itself is completely clear once applied, so it blends invisibly into the bond. That means you don't need to match the tape colour to your own hair or your extensions' shade at all.
The tape itself must never be dyed or bleached, as the chemicals immediately break down the adhesive. If you colour your hair extensions, it's important to keep dye off the tape bonds themselves.
Correctly fitted and cared for, the tape holds securely for several weeks before your next reinstallation. To get the most out of it, avoid conditioner, oil and alcohol near the roots.
This product comes in handy pre-cut 4 cm pieces, saving lots of time compared with cutting tape from a roll. It's sized to suit the standard width of most tape-in extensions.
Always sleep with your hair in a loose braid to avoid tangles that could accidentally pull on the bonds at night. Store unused tape in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
