How do I attach a vegan hair topper?

Place the topper over the area you want to cover and press the clips into your own hair, one at a time. Then brush the topper together with your own lengths.

What does vegan mean?

That the fiber is synthetic and completely free of animal origin – no human hair.

Does it handle heat?

Yes, the fiber handles up to 120 °C. The shape is already built in, so usually no styling is needed.

Can I color it?

No, synthetic fiber cannot be colored. If you want to be able to color it, a human hair topper is a better choice.

Which style should I choose?

The straight or wavy topper adds volume and length, the short one suits short hair, the one with bangs also covers the front and the lace topper gives an invisible hairline.

What is a lace base?

A base where the hairline is knotted into a fine mesh that blends into the skin. It is more delicate than a regular base and shouldn't be pulled when wet.

How long does a vegan hair topper last?

Shorter than a human hair topper, but it needs less care. How long depends on how often you wear it and how you care for it.

How do I wash it?

In lukewarm water with mild products. Squeeze out the water and let it air dry on a wig stand.

How do I choose a color?

Match the ends of your own hair against the hair in the topper – that's where they meet. The roots matter less since the topper sits on top.

Vegan Hair Topper – fullness without styling
A vegan hair topper is a hair piece in heat-resistant synthetic fiber placed over the area where your hair is thinnest, usually at the part or on the top of the head. It attaches with built-in clips to your own hair and goes in and comes out in seconds.

The shape is in the fiber
The fiber is pre-shaped, so the topper looks the same after every wash and never needs restyling. It handles heat up to 120 °C but cannot be colored.

Choose your style
Straight and wavy add both volume and length. Short covers the top of the head without adding length and suits a short hairstyle. With bangs gives coverage both on top and at the front, for example with a high hairline. The lace base has an invisible hairline that blends into the skin.

The right size
Choose a base slightly larger than the thin area, so the clips attach to stronger hair around it. If you have very little of your own hair left, a wig may be a better fit.

Care
Brush from the bottom up with a wide-tooth comb. Wash in lukewarm water with mild products and let it air dry on a wig stand.
