How often should I use silver shampoo?

We recommend using it every second or third wash. In between, wash with a regular shampoo.

Follow the instructions on the package. A shorter time gives a mild effect and a longer time a stronger one.

Can silver shampoo turn my hair purple?

Yes, if it is used too often or left on too long on very light hair. In that case, wash a few times with regular shampoo and the tone will fade.

Does silver shampoo work on gray and white hair?

Yes. It removes yellow tones in gray and white hair and gives a cleaner shade.

Does it work on highlighted hair?

Yes, it neutralizes yellow tones in the highlights without noticeably affecting the rest of your hair.

Can I use silver shampoo on blonde hair extensions?

Yes, but use it sparingly and with a shorter processing time. Keep the conditioner away from the bonds.

Do I need a silver conditioner too?

The conditioner adds moisture, which bleached hair often needs, and boosts the effect of the shampoo. That is why we recommend using both.
