Apply for a business account

Want to buy hair extensions, wigs and salon products as a business? This is where you apply for a business account with Fairwithhair. The application takes a couple of minutes, and we reply within one working day. Once your account is approved, you shop in our regular online store and see trade prices excluding VAT when you are logged in. On this page we explain who can apply, how the application works and what applies once your account is ready.

Who can apply?
The business account is for salons, stylists, clinics, shops and wholesalers in hair and beauty. The company must be registered in Sweden with a company registration number, F-tax approval (F-skatt) and VAT registration. Purchases are made in the company's name and for the company's business, and the account is personal to the company and may not be lent to others. If you shop as a private individual, you do not need a business account – our regular terms of purchase apply.

How the application works
Fill in the form above with details about your company. We review every application and get back to you within one working day. Once the application is approved, you receive your login by email. All new business accounts start at the Start level, and after that the discount grows with how much you buy. We have the right to decline an application without giving a reason.

What does the business account include?
With the account you buy human hair extensions in every method – tape, keratin, hair weft, butterfly weft and clip-in – as well as wigs, Hair Toppers, KIS Haircare, Cocochoco and accessories. For stylists there is also the Professional range with bleach, hydrogen peroxide, activator and professional hair colour, sold to businesses only. Salon services, wig services, training courses and package offers are not included in the business range.

Volume ladder and trade prices
The discount is based on a volume ladder with the levels Start, Salong, Grossist and Premium. Your level is calculated on your purchases over a rolling 12 months, excluding VAT, and we review the volume monthly. If you pass a threshold, the new level applies from your next order – not retroactively and not in the middle of an ongoing order. The discount varies between product groups, and in the Professional range the prices are already trade prices, so no further discount is added.

Ordering and payment
Your first order must be at least 2,000 SEK excluding VAT, and after that the minimum is 1,000 SEK excluding VAT per order. You pay by card at checkout. After a few completed orders without remarks we can offer invoice payment, which we decide case by case. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed, and VAT is added at checkout.

Delivery and returns
We normally ship within 2–3 days, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout. If an item is out of stock, we deliver it immediately or within 2 weeks, depending on the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases, but we accept unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened hair, opened hair care and special orders cannot be returned, and the buyer pays the return shipping. Read the full B2B terms before you order.

Why a business account pays off
With a business account you gather your purchases of hair extensions, wigs, hair care, Cocochoco and accessories with one supplier and order whenever it suits you. You see your own prices directly in the online shop, do not have to wait for quotes and shop just as easily as a private customer. The more you buy over a rolling 12 months, the better the discount becomes.

Complaints and reselling
If you discover a fault with an item, it must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable time, and we decide whether the item is repaired, replaced or credited. If you resell our products, you set your own prices, but product names and images must be used correctly and you may not claim that your company is Fairwithhair. We may close an account if the terms are not followed, if the company no longer meets the requirements or if payments are not made.

Tips for your first order
Log in before you add products to your cart, so you see your trade prices straight away. If you are unsure about a colour, compare in our colour chart or send us a photo of the hair and we will help you choose the right shade.
