How does mesh work?

A thin net is attached to your own hair with micro rings, and a lace closure or a Luxury Hair Topper Deluxe in human hair is attached to the net. No glue, tape or heat is used.

How often does mesh need to be moved up?

Every 2–3 months, since the net sits on micro rings that move down as your own hair grows. The hair piece can be reused.

How long do mesh hair extensions last before follow-up is required?

Usually six to ten weeks before promotion. The time is affected by hair growth, care and how you style it in everyday life.

Can I exercise and style my hair with this method?

Mesh suits anyone with thin hair, whatever the cause – for example alopecia, hereditary hair loss or thin hair after treatment. There needs to be enough of your own hair around the area to attach the micro rings.

How do I care for my Mesh Hair Extensions at home for best durability?

Brush gently, wash with a mild shampoo, apply conditioner to the lengths and always use heat protection. Sleep with a loose braid.

How mesh works
A thin, breathable net is placed over the area where the hair is thin and attached to your own hair with micro rings – no glue, tape or heat. A lace closure or a Luxury Hair Topper Deluxe in human hair is then attached to the net and blends with your own lengths.

Who is mesh for?
Mesh suits anyone with thin hair, whatever the cause – not only hair loss after treatment. There needs to be enough of your own hair around the area to attach the rings. If you have too little hair left, a wig or hair topper is a better choice, and we go through this at the consultation.

Move-ups
Since the net sits on micro rings, it is moved up every 2–3 months as your own hair grows. The hair piece can be reused.

Care
Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products. Dry the scalp and the net completely after washing, with a hair dryer on low heat, so no moisture gets trapped.
