Something many people don’t know: you don’t need to have bought your wig from us to bring it in. We accept wigs bought anywhere – including ones ordered online that never felt quite right.
All of the services below are part of our wig service and are carried out on site in our store.
Start with a Hair Consult
A free consultation. Bring your wig and we will tell you what can be done and what isn’t worth the money. Sometimes the answer is that it can’t be saved – and it’s better to hear that straight away than to pay for a treatment that won’t help.
Fit
- Custom Fit – we adjust a ready-made wig to your measurements: size, elastic band, lace and cut.
- Wig Band – a new elastic band when the old one has stretched out and the wig has started to slip.
- Cap Renewal – a new wig cap when the hair is still lovely but the base is worn out.
Hairline and lace
- Lace-Cut – we trim the lace to match your hairline. It’s detailed work and hard to undo, so we prefer to take a little at a time.
- Hairline Perfect – bleached knots and a plucked hairline, so the line looks as if it grows straight from the skin.
- Wig Repair – repairing torn lace instead of buying new.
- Lace Renewal – replacing the entire closure or frontal when a repair isn’t enough.
Cutting, colour and density
- Density Cut – thinning. The most common reason a wig looks like a wig is that it has too much hair.
- Signature Color – colouring human hair wigs. Going darker works; we advise against going lighter.
- Re-Knot – knotting in new hair where it has become sparse, usually at the parting or the temples.
Washing and care
- Wig Spa – washing and styling. A wig worn every day needs more than shampoo after a while.
- Wig Care – a one-year service plan, for those who wear a wig every day and would rather have it scheduled.
- Express – priority within five business days when you’re in a hurry.
With us and on your own
- Salon Fitting – we attach your wig here with us ahead of a special day.
- Wig Class – you learn to apply the wig yourself, so you don’t need to book an appointment every time.
And if nothing fits
Atelier Made – a made-to-measure wig, built to your measurements from the start. This is the way to go when head shape, density or hair length means no ready-made option sits the way it should.
How it works
Book an appointment and bring your wig. For cutting, Lace-Cut and adjustments, we prefer you to stay while we work, since the result needs to suit your face. Washing, repairs and larger jobs you drop off and collect later.
If you rotate between two wigs, it’s smart to drop one off while you wear the other.
